The children's camp was built in 1935 and abandoned in the 1990s. It served various purposes over the years: it was also a hospital, a scientific college and finally a municipal depot, but this was abandoned due to the high levels of asbestos found in the building. A lot of furnishings have been left behind for this reason. Over the years, the local authority has tried to find contractors willing to renovate the building and bring it back to life, but these attempts have been in vain, mainly because of the asbestos, and the building is rotting away. In addition to the high asbestos contamination, there is also a lot of black mold. There is a police station at the foot of the hill and a tennis court next to the building, so be quiet while exploring!

Partly moldy and in some bathrooms/toilets are feces and maggot infestation. Respirator and disposable gloves are recommended. It was originally used as a hotel, and in its final years of use, the rooms were converted into vacation apartments. There have been plans to demolish since 2021. The current plan is to begin demolition in 2026, so be quick.

Former main station of Tarvisio. Out of service since 2000. The station is now very dilapidated in some areas and there are unstable ceilings, especially in the roof area, so it is best to take a helmet with you. The building is very big and consists of several parts and is now mostly very moldy and has a dangerously high level of asbestos contamination. Somewhat hidden at the back of the building, there is also a little bunker. Watch out at the glass front on the street side, where the police often stand and carry out traffic checks. The station is easy to enter from the former platform side. It is best to park at the new Tarvisio Boscoverde station and then walk along the cycle path on the old railway line.

For geological reasons, the tunnel was never completed, now it has been abandoned for around 30 to 40 years. Leaking fuel barrels, burnt garbage and asbestos-containing shotcrete cause extremely poor air quality inside. Also a tunnel construction machine was left behind. It's also very wet, muddy inside.
