Ogden Legion

A building formerly used by The Royal Canadian Legion, it was sold in 2012 and has been in a state of disrepair since, being home to frequent criminal activity. On October 1st, A fire ravaged a section of the building. Many gophers live here and the inside is covered in graffiti. Several dangers are present, including broken glass and metal, squatters and other criminals, A lot of mold, particularly black mold, bodily fluids and other garbage, contaminated water and other dangerous substances. Face mask recommended if not required, flashlight recommended as the building is very dark, and it is wise to bring some form of self defense tool. Building is scheduled for demolition, no clear date is confirmed. UPDATE: Demolished in December, 2025
